Randy Fauser was born and raised in the St. Louis area, where he ran his family’s prominent construction company for 25 years. In 2007, Randy retired from business to work for the Church full-time. He joined the LCMS World Mission Development team, supporting international missionaries. Randy has helped lead men’s retreats as a volunteer for over a decade, helping men develop personal missions and find balance in their lives. He brings an extensive background in management, development and marketing in both the non-profit and business worlds. He was selected as President and CEO of Grace Place Wellness Ministries in 2014. He and his wife Susan and children are members of St. John, Ellisville. Randy enjoys tennis, skiing, playing music and trying to keep up with their 3 rescue dogs. Contact Randy

The Rev. Dr. Darrell Zimmerman served thirty years as a parish pastor in St. Louis, MO and Saginaw, MI. He and his wife, Carol, attended the first Grace Place Wellness’ retreat in the fall of 1999 and led retreats in Grace Place Wellness’ earlier years. In the fall of 2012, Darrell became Grace Place Wellness’ first full time Program Director and has been instrumental in developing the Congregational Wellness Weekend and the Ministry Team Wellness Workshop. He is a 1982 graduate of Concordia, St. Louis and earned his Doctor of Ministry degree in 2006. Darrell and Carol enjoy the wonderful blessing of living just a few short miles from their three children and three grandchildren in the St. Louis area. A native of Portland, OR, Darrell enjoys golf, woodworking, his three young grandchildren and golf. He REALLY likes golf! Contact Darrell.
Dr. John Eckrich

Born and raised in St. Louis, John attended Lutheran grade school and Lutheran High School South. He graduated Washington University of St. Louis and the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO, finishing his medical training at the University of Chicago as a Fellow in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Dr. Eckrich, a Lutheran physician served the St. Louis community for over 40 years as a practicing Internist and Gastroenterologist, also caring for hundreds of Lutheran church workers and their families, including Seminary professors, students, and many leaders at the LCMS International Center. It was during his early career that John observed the effects of stress and challenges of ministry on personal and family life. He gathered other professionals to examine and develop health skills and strategies to proactively address the rising tide of church worker burnout and ill-health. This led to the creation of Grace Place Wellness Ministries, now having served over 7200 church workers and families through Grace Place Wellness retreats. Beth McAnallen was born and raised in St. Louis and is a 1976 graduate of Lutheran High School South. She has held various positions of sales, marketing and office management with DMB&B Advertising, Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, and recently as Co-general manager of Chico’s FAS before joining Grace Place Wellness in 2014 as Retreat Coordinator. Beth and her husband Ray live in South St. Louis County and have 2 grown sons. She enjoys gourmet cooking, the outdoors and learning the communication of sign language. Contact Beth.
Kathy Greffet was born and raised in St. Louis and graduated UM-St. Louis in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Kathy’s past experiences have been in early childhood education as well as special education in Lutheran, private, and public schools. Kathy resides in Kirkwood, MO with her husband John and two daughters, Debra and Julie. They have enjoyed worshiping and serving together at Concordia Lutheran-Kirkwood. Kathy also enjoys reading, exercising, and growing Bonsai trees.
